CANCELLATION & RETURNS: 

 

Order Cancellation: If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order either by calling us at +357-24828872 (from landline or mobile phone) or by sending an email to info@mavroslarnaca.com. Necessary information for cancellation is your order number. Our call center is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09: 00 a.m.-20: 00 p.m. and Wednesday and Saturday 09: 00 a.m.-18: 00 p.m. In case you send an email for cancellation, this must be done no later than 1 hour before the closing time. 

 

Order Modification: In order to modify your order, you will first have to cancel your existing order and then place new order which is subject to availability. You should follow the payment process from the beginning and email us to make a refund. Order modification can only be made by phone rather than by email.

 

In both cases, the basic requirement is that your order has not been processed / collected.

 

Returns: 

If you have any problem with any of the products you received (broken, defective, incomplete) or wish to cancel, please email us at info@mavroslarnaca.com or telephone us on +357-24828872 and record your request.

 

If the product to be returned is defective and concerns consumable parts of the product (eg battery, valve, etc.), then these parts will be replaced and the product returned to you without your own charge. If the product to be returned is non-defective, the return is made to the following address: 174 Faneromenis Avenue, 6035 Larnaca, Cyprus. 

 

In any case, the products must be returned fully, in the condition that they have been delivered without damage and their packaging in resale condition, within 14 days of the purchase. If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, they will be returned by recipient's charge. If the product to be returned is defective, you will be informed by e-mail how to return it.

 

Our Company and the Cooperating Companies (Courier) make every effort to protect the products during their transport. However, due to the fragility of some products, may be damaged or broken or incomplete. In this case, please do not throw them away. You will then have to send us an email to the mentioned email address and record your request.
